Therefore, your performance is being monitored as our consideration. And corresponding commission is allocated to you base on your performance.

Grade: Sales and Marketing Executive
ASP Commission: Every HK$25K/ month, Elaine is entitled HK$1,000 commission
One-off Commission: Every HK$500K, Elaine is entitled HK$1,000 commission
Calculated Commission = ASP Commission + One-off Commission
Final Entitled Commission = Calculated Commission with consideration of Other Factors
